Stormexx

Super silt fence is a combination of silt fence and chain link fence that will allow your silt fence to stand longer in harsh construction sites.

North Carolina and South Carolina Department of Transportation has their requirements of silt fence, and how it is to be installed.

Turbidity curtains, or silt curtain is an impermeable PVC fabric with a geotextile skirt at the bottom, and floats at the top. This will allow the curtain to float in the water in order to keep runoff within the curtain.

Safety fence or snow fence is a bright orange fence to separate construction and non-construction area. It can act as a visual barrier along the perimeter.  We also use safety fence wit our high hazard fence. 

What is sediment you may be asking?

Sediment is suspended clay or other silts suspended in water which will move from one location to another.  We control the sediment and make sure it stays on the job site instead of going into the creeks, rivers, and roads.  We can manage sediment by silt fence, sediment logs, installing rock check dams, getting ventilation, and several other measures.  When we install, they control measures it reduces the velocity of the water and allow the suspended sediment to fall which makes silt, a soft, muddy clay mix.
